Cancelled and Postponed Events
If an event is cancelled by the Grand Princess, you will be contacted by the contact information you supplied. You will be offered the opportunity to choose an event of equal or lesser value within one year of your original booking, or you can book a pricier event by paying the difference of your original ticket and your new booking or you may request a refund.
Refunds & Exchanges
Passenger safety is always our first consideration. Although the Grand Princess Riverboat plans to cruise for every scheduled event, there are occasions when safety issues will keep the boat from cruising and scheduled events will happen while the boat remains dockside. No refunds will be issued. The final decision to cruise or not
to cruise will remain with the captain of the Grand Princess. The boat is open to the weather and NO refunds will be given for nonperformance due to weather.
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and date selection. The Grand Princess Riverboat does not issue exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
All Sales are FINAL
The Grand Princess Riverboat accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. A check is also accepted if received within 5 days of when you book your tickets or your tickets will be invalid. If your event is within 5 days of your booking and you need to pay by check, please call our Grand Princess office to discuss payment options.
If you do not receive a confirmation (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with the Grand Princess Riverboat whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. The Grand Princess will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, the Grand Princess customer service will attempt to contact you, using the
information provided at the time of purchase. If the Grand Princess is unable to reach you after several attempts, the Grand Princess may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.
Your confirmation should be printed when it appears on your web browser window, if purchase takes place via the Internet. Bring valid photo identification. If your ticket is purchased via phone the information provided at purchase is where your receipt will be sent.
The Grand Princess will collect information from you when you purchase tickets or a gift certificate. That information will include your name, address, phone number, credit card number, expiration date, CVC number and billing information for that credit card and will be processed using data security standards as required by the payment card industry’s Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). No information obtained from you will be shared with or sold to other companies.
